LUTECIA CARE
The challenge:
In recent years, nuclear medicine has emerged as an essential tool in the diagnosis and treatment of various forms of cancer and cardiovascular diseases. In France, the centers specialized in nuclear medicine are independent and isolated units that are geographically dispersed across the country.
Lutecia Care was founded by a nuclear physician and a specialist healthcare investor who share a common vision: to bring these autonomous centers together and to help them to flourish through a sustainable management ethos with fair and balanced governance, systematic representation, and active participation of doctors in the ecosystem.
What transpired:
That the founders of Lutecia Care are deeply committed to turning dysfunctional models that destroy value into functional models that create value. They have a unique ability to set in place and orchestrate virtuous circles that simultaneously benefit all stakeholders in the value chain and ensure a better distribution of value across the board.
The excellence of the group lies in an approach that combines entrepreneurship with a sustainable social agenda. Approaching Nuclear Medicine from a social entrepreneurship perspective helps generate growth to meet the needs of doctors and their teams, and to create a sector of excellence.
The result:
Modeling the excellence of the founders made it possible to crystallize the unique identity of Lutecia Care. A clear positioning and communication strategy is being rolled out on this basis to meet the growing needs of the organization in a variety of areas: internal communication, recruitment, communication towards nuclear physicians, general and specialized practitioners, as well as public authorities and regional bodies. Within the first year, Lutecia Care concluded its first acquisition of a regional platform comprising three sites. Many more will inevitably join ensuring the group becomes a key player in the consolidation of France’s nuclear medicine.
